    Swine Flu Swine flu is the most deliberating wide spread all over the country. It is named as SWINE FLU as it was diagnosed in people who were in direct contact with pigs. Swine flu is one of several strains of flu. The official name for swine flu is Influenza A virus subtype H1N1. Symptoms Temperature over 38C/100.4F Unusual tiredness/ Fatigue Headache/Body aches Runny nose Sore throat Shortness of breath or cough Loss of appetite Aching muscles Diarrhoea Chills Vomiting Spread One who inhales the germs available in the air after the cough or sneeze of an infected person  By touching the contaminated surfaces with the germs  By coming in contact with the secretion of  mouth, nose, or eyes of an infected person. Guidelines Follow safe food-handling guidelines. Washing your hands properly. Sticking to cooking times and temperatures Proper scrubbing and washing of utensils. Everyone must wash their hands thoroughly and avoid touching their nose, mouth, or eyes. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. If you\'ve got flu-like symptoms, avoid others until you\'ve been free of fever for 24 hours.  Stay at least 6 feet away from people with flu-like illness.

    1. 8 hours sleep is a must. 2. Must start your day with a glass of plain water. 3. Drink a glass of water before each meal. 4. Use aloe vera juice with lemon and coriander. 5. Have mint in your diet. 6. Add drumsticks, celery to your diet. 7. Have raw tomatoes regularly. 8. Have soups thrice a week. 9. Add milk or plain yoghurt in your breakfast. 10. Have eggs, cottage cheese (paneer) regularly. 11. Eat out raw as much as possible. 12. More water, fruits and salad and less on carbs…. 13. Add any of them jaljeera, lemon water, coconut water, Salted buttermilk on a daily basis. 14. Donot skip meals. 15. Eat after every 3 hours. 16. Sprouts, Roasted Snacks and lotus stem seeds helps in aiding from dead skin. 17. Avoid juices, carbonated and aeirated drinks. 18. Avoid crash diets, liquid diet and paleo diet. 19. Take detoxifying diet once a month. 20. Keep a record of what you eat on a regular bais by maintaining the record book of diet. 21. Do regular aerobics, stretching, exercise, running or jogging. Only spot exercise wont help you much. 22. Push-ups and jumping jacks or skipping thrice a week must help you. 23. Quit alcohol and smoking. 24. Instead of driving one must walk. 25. Instead of elevators, lifts stairs are beneficial. 26. Try avoiding losing weight rapidly. 27. Consult Dietitian for better weight management

    Follow the simple eating habits and get rid of your ADIPOSE DEPOSITION PROBLEM…What you eat reflects by the body you have. So, eat well and look well. Deposition of fat at your belly, chin, buttocks add negativity to your personality so here are few tips to dissolve it. 1. Avoid using direct and simple sugars. Try to include complex Carbs in your diet so the digestion process will take some time to work to convert it into glucose. 2. Avoid junk foods such as pizza, burger, French fries and alike food stuffs. 3. Avoid processed foods. 4. Avoid Sodas. 5. Restrict down the intake of artificial sweeteners. Instead you can crab on natural sugars, such as Stevia. 6. Include protein of good biological value. 7. Add insoluble and soluble fiber in your diet. 8. Have plenty of cold water. 9. Have 2 portions of fruits and salads daily. 10. Inclusion of omega family fatty acids and especially omega 3 and omega 6 11. One must rotate the oil used for cooking purposes and should not stick to one oil product. One must not change the brand but the source of the oil like palm oil, almond oil, coconut oil, soy oil, sesame oil, corn oil, groundnut oil, olive oil etc. 12. Citrus fruits must also be taken in proportions. 13. Add almonds to your diet. 14. Have coconut water once a day. 15. Eat at regular intervals.
